Teasing and denial in fiction: As She's Told: a bdsm novel

Thanks again to Reynard for posting about my just-released novel, As She's Told (http://tantalism.org/node/view/1934/). Teasing and denial have always been central kinks for me, and so they've been very central in my books. My interest has not been quite so much around self-control and willpower, however; locked hardware is more my thing. My heroine starts with the one and is moved to the other in the course of the story.

As She's Told is about the development of an intense, loving, creative d/s relationship. It's a book with rounded and complex characters, lots of imaginative kink, and a grounding in the real world. It is also -- dare I say it -- a well-written book that offers a lot more to the reader than standard pulp. And it's hot as hell. ;-))
