This requires a deck of playing cards, Jokers included. 

Ground rules:
1.) No sexual touching other than what is permitted by the cards
2.) No orgasms other than what is permitted by the cards

With the exception of the Jokers, each card has a number, which equates to a number of minutes:
Ace: 1 minute
2: 2 minutes
3: 3 minutes
...
10: 10 minutes
Jack: 11 minutes
Queen: 12 minutes
King: 13 minutes

The idea is that on December 31, the cards (including the Jokers) would be thoroughly shuffled.  Then, on January 1, the top card is drawn.  Each non-Joker card represents the maximum number of minutes per week in which the submissive may masturbate.  However, she is only permitted to orgasm once that week if she draws a Joker (in which case, she must also draw again until she draws a non-Joker card) and she can reach orgasm within the time limit of the non-Joker card drawn for that week.  On January 8, 15, etc., through the end of the year, she draws the next card from the deck. 

I thought I would mention that I recently began the weekly_orgasm community on LiveJournal. The membership is small for the moment, but I am sure it will grow. From the profile for the community:

As mentioned previously, I run a community, weekly_command on LiveJournal, which gives the female slaves a particular command or task - sometimes an action, sometimes a writing assignment. This week's command is a task, and one which would likely be of interest to readers here, either to complete themselves or as idea fodder for something to use with their subs/slaves:

Find a two-hour period during the week in which you can comply with this command without being interrupted.

Lay naked on your back upon a bed, floor, table, sofa, etc. However, you are to remain on your back for the entirety of the two hours, so choose carefully. There should be a clock nearby - one which you can read in the dark if necessary, as timing is critical.

I have been trying to map out the basics for the orgasm denial novel project. What I have thus far is the following:

* told entirely from Master's point of view - odd setup for a super-lengthy female orgasm denial tale, but I think I can make this work by having her report her experiences to him when he is unable to actually witness the completion of her assignment (see below)
* slave is a grad student with two housemates who know about her slave status and the rules which govern her
* story begins with slave's orgasm, then Master informs her that she is not permitted to orgasm again until she has physically made 10 other people climax first

As an aside, the more I think about it, the more convinced I am that the next major story I write will indeed be the orgasm denial novel discussed here previously. I may not even wait until MinNoWriMo to begin writing it.

It had been twelve days, nine hours, and roughly twenty minutes since her last orgasm. "Desperate" was not quite a strong enough word to explain her predicament.

The collar and cuffs were her favorites: thick black leather, very comfortable for long-term wear. Chains connected each ankle and wrist cuff to the nearest eye bolt on the side of the upholstered bondage table. Several wide straps across her torso were similarly affixed, ensuring that she would not move very much.

I run a LiveJournal community, weekly_command, devoted to weekly commands given to the female members. I thought I would share the current command, as it seems to be rather popular and is right on point with the main focus of this site...

Pick a random book or magazine, and select a page at random (if the page has fewer than 100 words on it, select another page). Using the 100th word on the page, count the number of letters in the word, and multiply that number by three. The result is the number of minutes you must stimulate yourself without succumbing to orgasm. At the end of the required period of time, you are to stop, without orgasm.

A fragment from my NaNoWriMo anthology still in progress (but fortunately nearly completed):

The ringing of the telephone shocked me awake, tearing me from a deep, deep sleep which I desperately needed after several consecutive fifteen-hour workdays. Figuring that no one would be calling me in the middle of the night unless there was a major emergency situation, I practically dove across the bed to grab the receiver. "Hello!?!"

The breathing was fast and hard. "P-pleeeease may I c-c-cummm?"

It was an old friend, someone who enjoyed orgasm denial, someone who actually craved the challenge of holding back her climax as long as possible, or until whenever someone in authority over her granted her the permission to succumb to the ultimate pleasure. I glanced at the clock, amazed that she called me at 4:17AM her time, and given the desperation of her tone and the intensity of her ragged breathing, she had been masturbating for a long, long time before finally calling me.

A story idea hit me out of the blue: orgasm denial in which the slave may not have an orgasm before first giving orgasms to at least x other people.

The "problem" with this idea (since my current NaNoWriMo project is an anthology of erotica) is that this story could be a NaNo-length work in its own right - perhaps one chapter for each of the x people, plus one chapter (at the beginning) in which the slave is given the command, and one chapter in which the slave finally enjoys an orgasm... and a few other chapters scattered throughout in which the slave is purposely teased in various ways.
